The package comes with a hex key but if you want to use a power tool the screws are M6 or 6mm sized.

We don't have any videos for the Colorado currently. If you need support with regards to installation please email support@tygerauto.com. Also, it is not necessary to use a torque wrench but we would strongly advise not to over tighten the screws and re-adjust the tightness after a few weeks of regular use since you can't rely on torque spec.

The holes the winch plate on this bumper support 10" x 4.5" winch mounts, which can be mounted directly so you wouldn't need another plate.

This sport bar is more of a styling mod which also allows you to mount light bars/pods on top.

Also, make sure you keep track of which pieces of strips go on which side.

I checked the mounting pattern spec on the RC Winch, which says 254 x 114mm. That is the same mounting hole pattern on the Winch Plate of the Tyger Bumper so you shouldn't need any additional brackets.

@@brianbeavis5915 Yes we understand the issue you're referring to. Jeep changed the design of that part of the bed rail 2 years after the first gladiator. What you saw in 1:40 is the original factory design with the black bracket. Unfortunately Jeep removed that bracket later on and based on what you shared, the angle of the latch is altered as a result so you're not getting as good a fit. We would like to have a closer look at your scenario to see if we can help you improve your experience. We cannot provide that black bracket because that's a Jeep factory part from earlier model years of the JT.

The mounting plate for the Tyger Bumper Guard are only meant for attaching accessories such as light pods and light bars so they don't fit a winch.

For the 4th Gen Ram application, yes you would be able to re-attach the rear sensors to the bumper.

Your vehicle should be on a level surface but you don't need to lift it to install this bumper.

All of the current vehicle models require no drilling whatsoever. Drilling is only needed for a small number of older models so if you have an older model let me know and I can confirm for you.

@@TYGERAUTO I have a 2016 ram 1500 and I don’t have any holes on the pinch welds nor the rocker area.

@@racecardon829 Any Ram models after 2012 should have holes at the pinch weld unless there is rusting or modifications done to the rocker panel. Yes the T3 fits with the Rack (there's a channel at the base of the rack mounting bracket) and know that the foldability of the cover would be limited because of the rack.
